Chiropractic focuses on disorders of the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system, and the effects of these disorders on general health. Chiropractic care is used most often to treat neuro/musculoskeletal complaints, including but not limited to; back pain, neck pain, headaches, and postural issues.

The most common technique used by Chiropractors is the adjustment. This is the application of a gentle force to specific joints of the spine or extremities in order to restore, improve and maintain proper function, mobility and alignment.

Active Release Techniques ART

Is a soft tissue technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Treatment often involves breaking up scar tissue, which binds up and ties down tissue that need to move freely. ART helps with trapped nerves, tight and painful muscles, tendonitis and other soft tissue problems.

Counselling Services

Personal Counselling is available on a wide variety of issues for individuals, couples and families. These services include, but are not limited to; addiction, abuse, anxiety, stress management, chronic pain management and family conflict. Counselling on business consultations is also available on a variety of topics such as decision making, employee interaction and conflict resolution. Counselling Services are provided by Kevin McMullen, Registered Clinical Counsellor.

Massage is often used for specific reasons, such as relief from pain, stress reduction, or enhancement of athletic performance. But whether there is a specific goal or not, massage therapy tends to increase the general health and well being of the recipient.

Custom Foot Orthotics

A custom orthotic is a device designed to align the foot and ankle into the most anotomically efficient position. They look like insoles, but are biomechanical medical appliances that are custom made to correct your specific imbalance. Custom orthotics fit into your shoes as comfortably as an insole - and have been made from casts of your feet.
